The founder partner of Lexcraft Legal & Corporate LLP (Lexcraft Legal) is S Subbaraman, an astute professional with a comprehensive commercial acumen and strong work ethics having excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills. He has more than three ( 3 ) decades of industry experience with the companies of repute viz, Taj Group of Hotels ( A TATA Enterprise) and Servion Group a reputed software company based out of Chennai that has its presence spread across USA, EMEA & APAC. He has held plethora of senior positions across the echelons of Servion Group and his last position with Servion India was Board Member, Group General Counsel and Head Corporate Affairs. He has successfully qualified the Proficiency Exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to play the role of an independent director on the Boards of Listed and Unlisted public limited companies with “Such Capital”.
